Charles H. Younger is of counsel to Price, Flowers & Ward Law Firm. He has been instrumental in establishing the procedures and methods by which the firm handles Alabama driver’s license suspension cases.
He has over thirty years of experience in administrative law and public policy. He holds degrees in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1959.
He served as the City Attorney for Huntsville, Alabama for over 25 years. In that capacity he represented the city in both criminal and civil cases. For over forty years he has represented various public agencies. His clients include: the Industrial Development Board for the City of Huntsville; the Madison County Communications District; the Huntsville Madison County Marina and Port Authority; the Huntsville Madison County Railroad Authority; and the Huntsville Historic Preservation Authority.
Throughout his many years of practice, Mr. Younger has concentrated his practice in state and local government law, including legislative drafting and statutory construction.
